The Girl Behind The Designs

Dream Avenue was born from a turning point in my life. A moment of uncertainty that became the start of something.
Before interiors, I worked as a primary school teacher in Scotland. I loved the creativity of teaching but the instability of the career (and a few cross country moves for my boyfriend's career) made me realise that I needed something different, I needed a business I could take with me anywhere.

I’ve always had a natural instinct for design, the kind that goes beyond decor and into how a space makes you feel. So, I went back to study interior design and never looked back.
In the process, I learned firsthand the impact a well-designed space can have. From dingy, rentals to the home we now own and are shaping together, I’ve seen how design can change not just how a room looks, but how life feels inside it.

Today, Dream Avenue Design is a reflection of that journey. Blending luxury with liveability, and designing for how we live and how we want to live. My approach is simple. I create homes that look expensive, feel like you, and tell a story worth living in.
